An important part of our work is being available for conversations about personal, social, study-related or existential and religious questions. These sessions are free of charge, take place outside the formal system, and are fully confidential. We keep no records, and you are welcome to contact us anonymously if you prefer.
Counselling may involve anything from grief, loneliness and identity to academic pressure, burnout, faith, doubt or major life choices. You don’t have to be religious to get in touch – we are here for everyone.
In addition to individual sessions, we also offer a grief group for students at Aalborg University and University College of Northern Denmark. In this group, we talk openly about the emotions and responses that arise in times of loss, and share experiences in a safe and supportive space.
